Merci à Bruno Raoul et Xavier Lionet d’avoir choisi le bassin minier et l’ Agglomération de Henin-Carvin pour une visite de terrain des étudiant(e)s de l’Université de Lille en Master Développement local & Communication.
 
Ils ont été accueillis à la Pépinière d’Initiatives et d’Activités Créatrices de Carvin par Régis Delattre, adjoint au Maire et vice-Président de la CAHC, qui a présenté la dynamique du tiers-lieu.
En tant que vice-Président chargé du développement économique,  François Théret a décrit le projet de territoire et expliqué les politiques ESS de la CAHC, en particulier l’appui au PTCE Emergence Hénin-Carvin et au tiers-lieux de Carvin.
